In our facility, AC HI-TECH will strip the machine down to the frame, clean and paint the frame, and then start reassembly. We install new bearings, replace or machine the wheels and if needed square the machine frame. AC HI-TECH then installs new state-of-the art equipment including CNC Control, Complete Drive Package, Gas Regulator Package and Tracing Eye (if needed). AC HI-TECH finishes the rebuild with new hoses, lifters and cabling. After the machine is complete, AC HI-TECH will install the machine at your Facility and provides necessary training.
